An IPTV player for Apple TV, iPhone and iPad. Bring your own playlist; MyIPTV gives it a fast, tidy interface and keeps your setup in sync through iCloud.
The problem / idea
Most IPTV players feel like afterthoughts, especially on the TV. MyIPTV starts from the living-room screen and works outwards to the phone and tablet.
My role
Solo design and development, from concept through to App Store release.

What went into it:
- A tvOS-first interface designed for the remote
- VLC-based playback for wide format support, including MKV
- iCloud sync between devices
- Bring-your-own playlist — no content is provided or hosted
- Shared codebase across Apple TV, iPhone and iPad
Technology
Outcome & current status
The Apple TV version has been approved by App Review and the iPhone and iPad versions are in review. Release is coming soon.
